These terms govern your use of cyhornet.ai and your purchase of products and services from Cyhornet LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital products. When you buy a template, kit or workbook, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify it for your own organization’s internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the files, or offer them as your own product. (White-label licenses are governed by a separate written license agreement; see https://cyhornet.ai/whitelabel/.)

2. Marketplace sellers. Some products may be sold by third-party vendors through our marketplace. Those sales are also subject to our Vendor Terms at https://cyhornet.ai/vendors-terms/.

3. Consulting services. Assessments and advisory work are governed by a written proposal or statement of work. If it conflicts with these terms, the statement of work controls. Cyhornet provides readiness and advisory services only. We are not a CPA firm or certification body, and we do not guarantee that you will pass any audit or obtain any certification.

4. No legal advice. Templates and guidance are for general informational and compliance-planning purposes and are not legal advice. You are responsible for tailoring them to your organization and for your compliance decisions.

5. Payments. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout for products and as stated in the statement of work for services.

6. Intellectual property. The site content, templates, trademarks and the Cyhornet name belong to Cyhornet LLC or its licensors.

7. Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimer. Products and the site are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyhornet’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

10. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Cyhornet against claims arising from your misuse of the products or your breach of these terms.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
