Refund Policy. Last updated: October 21, 2026

Digital products. Our templates and kits are delivered instantly as downloads, so all sales are final once the file has been downloaded, except in these cases:
– The file is corrupted or won’t open, and we can’t send you a working copy within 3 business days.
– You were charged twice for the same item.
– The product is materially different from its description.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 5 days of purchase with your order number and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Consulting services. Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling follow your statement of work. If none is stated: free calls can be rescheduled at any time; a paid session cancelled at least 48 hours ahead gets a full refund; work already performed is not refundable.

Marketplace vendor products. Refunds for items sold by third-party vendors are handled under this policy and the Vendor Terms.
