These terms are between Cyhornet LLC (“Cyhornet”, “we”) and you, the affiliate (“you”). They cover the program on cyhornet.ai and studio.cyhornet.ai (Cyhornet Studio). By applying or sharing your link, you agree to them.

1. Joining (approval required)

• Apply through the Affiliates page on either site. We approve or reject every application, and we don’t have to give a reason.
• You must be 18 or older and able to receive PayPal payments.
• One account per person or business.

2. Your link and the 60-day cookie

• You get a personal link, such as studio.cyhornet.ai/?ref=YOURCODE or cyhornet.ai/?ref=YOURCODE.
• When someone clicks it, we save a cookie for 60 days. If they buy within 60 days, you get credit. Last click wins.
• Only new customers count. Existing customers and existing accounts don’t.

3. Commission (25%)

• Every qualifying order (cyhornet.ai): you earn 25% on every qualifying order from customers you refer during the 60-day cookie window, not just their first order.
• Bonus credits (Studio): when a customer you referred makes their first payment, you and that customer each get +50 Studio credits.
• “Net” excludes taxes, payment-processor fees we can’t recover, discounts, refunds and chargebacks.

4. The 30-day hold, refunds and chargebacks

• A commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer’s payment, to allow for refunds.
• If a sale is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the commission on that order is cancelled. If you were already paid, we may deduct it from your future payouts. If there are none, you agree to repay it.

5. Payouts ($50 minimum, monthly, PayPal)

• We pay once a month by PayPal to the email on your affiliate profile.
• The minimum payout is $50.00. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
• You must provide a working PayPal email. We aren’t responsible for payments sent to an incorrect address you gave us.
• Payouts are in US dollars.

6. Taxes

You’re responsible for your own taxes. US affiliates may need to submit a Form W-9 before payment. We issue a Form 1099 to US affiliates paid $600 or more in a calendar year.

7. Not allowed

• No self-referrals. No earning on your own purchases, your own accounts, or those of your household or business. We check and may void them.
• No spam. No unsolicited email, DMs, or comment or forum spam.
• No trademark bidding. No paid search ads on “Cyhornet”, “Cyhornet Studio” or misspellings of them. No domains, social handles or ads that look like they’re ours.
• No false claims about our products, prices or results. No fake coupons, cookie stuffing, forced clicks or misleading redirects.
• No promotion on sites with illegal, hateful, adult or deceptive content.

8. FTC disclosure (required)

You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, right next to every link or mention. For example: “I earn a commission if you buy through my link.” A disclosure only in your bio or on a separate page isn’t enough. Follow the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and the rules of each platform you use.

9. Ending the agreement

• You can quit at any time. We can end your participation at any time, and immediately for a breach or fraud.
• Valid commissions earned before the end date are still paid under Section 5. Commissions from fraud or a breach of these terms are forfeited.

10. Changes

We may change these terms or the commission rates with 14 days’ notice by email. Using your link after that means you accept the change. Changes don’t affect sales already made.

11. Other legal points

• You’re an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of Cyhornet.
• We don’t promise any amount of earnings.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the commissions owed to you.
• Governing law: the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Virginia.
