These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as a vendor (“you”, “Vendor”) on the Cyhornet platform (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Cyhornet”). By registering as a vendor and listing products on Cyhornet, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. 🧑‍💻 Vendor Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Cyhornet reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application at its sole discretion.

2. 📦 Products Allowed

You may list the following types of digital products:

  • AI prompt libraries
  • Automation workflows
  • Templates (e.g., Notion, Canva, UI kits)
  • AI tools, agents, and scripts
  • Digital assets (e.g., audio packs, datasets)

All products must:

  • Be original or properly licensed
  • Not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Be accurately described and functional

3. 💰 Commissions and Payouts

  • Vendors earn [e.g., 75%] of each sale; Cyhornet retains [25%] as a platform fee.
  • Payouts are processed via [e.g., Stripe, Bank Transfer] on a [Every Friday weekly] basis.
  • Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

4. 🛠️ Vendor Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate product listings with clear descriptions and visuals.
  • Provide support to customers when necessary.
  • Keep your products updated and functional.
  • Refrain from uploading malicious, misleading, or inappropriate content.

5. 🚫 Prohibited Activities

Vendors may not:

  • Sell or distribute illegal, pirated, or harmful content
  • Misrepresent product capabilities
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings
  • Circumvent platform fees or policies

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. 📄 Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your products.
  • By listing on Cyhornet, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to market, display, and distribute your products through our platform.

7. 🔄 Refunds and Disputes

  • All sales are final unless the product is defective, misrepresented, or not delivered.
  • Cyhornet may issue refunds at its discretion and reserves the right to deduct refunded amounts from future payouts.

8. 🔐 Account Termination

  • You may close your vendor account at any time.
  • Cyhornet may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for legal compliance.

9. 📬 Communication

You agree to receive platform-related communications via email or through your vendor dashboard or email

10. ⚖️ Legal

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of  Nigeria.

11. 📢 Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
